Dear JC,
I am now in Koln Germany, many Sacha Sanga people here. I am being cared for in wonderful ways.
I always love to come to Koln, there are many, many wonderful people in the circle of awareness and
spiritual maturity here.
I received a question in the email…
It went something like this, “what shall I do with the journal writings, burn them or keep them?”
It is important to keep your journal going. Writing for a few weeks may exhaust and release some
old built up tensions and that is excellent. Still, it is a process that can go on for a while, a year or
maybe even longer.
If you feel finished for the moment then keep your journal in a special visible (to you) place and
plan to pick it up again and write.
Another question asked in the same e mail, “should I read it again?” Yes…when you feel it would
do some good to read it then do. It might bring some stuffed feelings into view that you will want
to write about and to release.
There is a-lot of energy work we can do and being clear of pinned up suppressed feelings will give the
energy work a clearer field in which to work, play, clear, strengthen and to activate empirical wisdom.
Love ShantiMay

It is very helpful to me to write a feeling coming up down, it helps me to be couragous enough to really feel what is here and gives me the security that I can go threw the deepest pain I thought I can not bear it. My book is like a friend, beeing present with me in all kinds of situations, without any judgments.
